Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Bart is a performance-focused operator and business development leader with extensive experience managing regulated environments, financial risk oversight, and structured operational systems. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Blackbridge, he leads strategic partnerships, contract alignment, and performance execution across freight transportation arrangement, warehousing, and related logistics support services.

Bart’s background includes revenue leadership, risk mitigation, vendor management, and operational controls—experience that directly supports disciplined contract administration under the Federal Acquisition Regulation. He prioritizes compliance integrity, documentation accuracy, cost control, and performance accountability to ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and regulatory requirements.

By integrating his private-sector efficiency experience with federal acquisition standards, Bart ensures Blackbridge operates with transparency, structured oversight, and measurable performance outcomes—providing Contracting Officers and Program Managers with reliable, low-risk execution partners aligned with mission objectives. Bart holds an MBA from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from Hunter College.

Christian Cordoba

Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer

Christian brings hands-on experience in procurement and logistics operations, with a focus on execution, coordination, and performance delivery. As Co-Founder and COO of Blackbridge, he manages the day-to-day operational framework that turns contract requirements into completed work.

Christian oversees carrier relationships, vendor onboarding, shipment coordination, warehouse alignment, and internal workflow systems. He ensures that materials move when they are supposed to, vendors perform as required, and documentation supports every stage of delivery. His strength lies in building reliable processes that reduce delays, control costs, and keep operations running smoothly.

He leads execution across the firm’s core NAICS areas while maintaining operational readiness and performance discipline throughout the contract lifecycle.
